TERMS OF SERVICES
- I won’t accept commission if art or music isn’t done. (for the music, at least the timing is exact)
- Make sure you have permission to use every assets that you give me.
- Reference/storyboard is optional but it's better if you give me so I know what kind of animation that you want.
- You will be required to send me 50% front payment when I start working on it.
- I'll send the LQ preview and will send you the HQ result after you pay the full payment.
- You can cancel the project but the money can't be returned.
- I have the right to refuse or cancel the commission with a full refund if the request is outside my skillset.

Files Needed
Art character, background, assets, etc that you want me to use in the video. It will be better if each asset was split into different files and transparent (PNG). Make sure they all have a nice resolution. (minimum size is 1500px width, the height depends on the character height.)
The audio that you want me to use in the video.
Lyrics of parting script.
Credit list containing anyone who needs to be credited.
Payment
I accept payment via BCA/Paypal/Trakteer
If you pay via Trakteer, you will be charged 5% for the taxes.
If you pay via Paypal, you will be charged 4.4% + 0.50 to total price for the taxes.

Every MV purchase gives you 1 badge.
Once you collect 5 badges, you can exchange them for a 20% discount of your total price — valid for all tiers, including chorus MVs!Please note that discounted MVs won’t earn points.
Each Pass is valid for up to 2 years.
If you have 2 Passes with 5 badges each (including the first Pass that was already used for the 20% discount), you won’t receive another 20% discount for your next order.
Instead, you’ll get 1 free MV (any tier, except chorus, and without any add-ons).The 2 Passes used for the free MV will be considered used up and can’t be applied to future promos.
For Chorus MVs, only the client who placed the order will receive badges.
Other participating singers won’t get badges.
You can check all available add-ons under the Additional Charge section.
If you still want to include an add-on for your free MV, you’ll only need to pay the additional charge.All coupon codes are securely tracked in Chikki’s database.
Any form of cheating or misuse will result in a ban and block from Chikki’s services.Why the Coupon is Valid for 2 Years?
Our MV production takes time and care, and we want every client to have a fair chance to collect their points. Since many of our clients have to wait for their slot or order gradually, we’ve set the coupon validity to 2 years.
This way, everyone has enough time to reach 5 points and enjoy their rewards — without feeling rushed.
